Working Together

This is a focused psychotherapy service for high-performing professionals navigating pressure, anxiety, and complex demands.

Initial Phase

Many clients are accustomed to functioning at a high level in structured, competitive, or performance-oriented environments where expectations are consistently high.

Work begins with understanding patterns in thinking, behavior, and functioning, as well as identifying specific areas of concern and desired change.

This process may include targeted assessment and structured discussion to better understand how you are currently functioning across relevant domans.

Following the second appointment, I provide a brief written summary outlining key themes and an initial direction for our work.

Ongoing Work

From there, the focus shifts toward applying changes in a way that is practical and responsive to real-world demands.

This often includes:

  • reducing unnecessary mental strain

  • improving clarity in decision-making

  • increasing flexibility in how you respond under pressure

The work remains collaborative and adaptive, with ongoing attention to what is effective and where adjustment are needed.

Approach

The work is grounded in cognitive-behavioral and acceptance-based therapies, including ACT, with an emphasis on clarity, behavioral flexibility, and values-informed action.

When helpful, targeted assessment and data-informed strategies are incorporated, particularly in more complex or high-demand cases.
